i looking for a addon so i can see like poly, and cast bars on targets but cant find any, tell me name if there is any

i have played wow since beta, i been playing in hardcore guilds that have been playing 6 hours raids. i have been in many top guilds on my server.
in vanilla i got xp to icc, i still going to see over the tacc since i dont trust my self to remember everything. naxx is like 80 i guess, but still i will look over it ofc.

Are you able to attend to atleast 3 raids, every week (We raid Sun,Tues,Thurs 19:30-23:30 Server Time and invites start at 19.00 ST):
Should not be much of a problem, got no work so not much to do on the days then playing
Can you come to raids and supply your own consumables (e.g. Flasks).Please state what concumables you are using:

We might have to rotate you during a raid, are you willing to stay on stand by ?

Hmm not what i can think of, a general information can be that i got dyslexi so if i spell bad or write with a wierd gramma you know why. i still talk real good eng. so it should be a problem, just want you guys to know since there is many players that marking me for bad spelling.
also i have played mage from vanilla to pandaria. and there is no other class i love more then mage
i have no problems for tips or anything like that if there is something u want to say or ask, just ask it,
Btw i got full skill in First Aid, Enchanting & Tailoring

). Definitely a very good mage, like Evileyes said, he listens, knows how to cc and deal damage and is very dedicated (used consumables like Brilliant Wizard Oil and some elixirs in a ZG pug, even gave me an oil charge <3 ).
