Thanks for applying > as for Tank MS i couldnt find any important issue that ur gear lack on.
as for consumes i would rather whisp ya in game how i get my self top druged and high among other t3 tanks in here.

This is a decent application in my opinion and your gear is great! You also have some raiding experience which is always a bonus! ^^

A couple of things:

* I would highly suggest re-applying 2 points that you have in Cruelty into Tactical Mastery. This will help greatly in situations where you need to use intercept or mocking blow.

* I'm not entirely sure what your defence is. I can only assume you are defence capped due to your impressive gear! =) If you could confirm this for me that would be awesome!
