My charater is Phoeenyx. This is a Night Elf rogue (lvl 60, male).
Currently I have PvP spec: 16/3/32, becouse It allows a quick 5-pt finisher before the initial cheap shot wears off. It is not dependent on weapon type. BTW I raid with combat sword (or dagger), because these are the highest dps raid build "Combat Swords - 17/34/0" (or "Combat Dagger - 15/31/5") , white damage boosted by Slice and Dice provides exceptional sustained damage, also quite good for grinding.

What are your former guild(s) on Feenix and reason for leaving:
I started raid with my paladin (name: Fever) in 2010. Oct. in 2 US guild (Cosa Nostra, Significently Epic, both fell apart) and I changed to druid (name: Pandi) in the second US guild, becouse we had lots of palas and we didnt have any druid. When my second guild broke, after I joined to the egotrip (2011. March - 2011. Jun.) with my paladin. 2011. jul the Egotrip and the Argent Crusade merged, I contiuned raiding in Resurrecton Gaming. In the end of Augst I had to be inactive, becouse some RL interupted me. And I returned in Oktober, but I didnt like that term. It wasnt the same as before. So I wrote an apply to the Final Exit with my rogue. And I got a gkick from RG. In December I got invited into the Work in Progress (with rogue), but my internet contract time expired, and I can't come online for 3 weeks. When I could come back I was out of WiP.
What add-ons are you using to assist with PvE/Raiding:
Ct_raid, threat meter, ora2, big wings,

I can't play without key bindings. So yes, I use.

You use DKP, this is the best for me. I was in lots of guild and I experienced different loot systems. When I was in egotrip, I realy liked DKPs, becouse I could plan myself the item loots, etc... I don't want to explain better, this is N1.
Can you come to raids and supply your own consumables (e.g. Flasks):
I am writing appliction here, becoust I would like to raid again, get gear and see Kel'thuzad down. Since I aim to be the best dps, so I always use consumables.
Do you have any other level 60 characters that you are raiding with in another guild:
I have some lvl. 60 charater, but I dont raid with them. These are need me for professions.

I am a veteran, experienced feenix player. I know when your guild founded (I went some Praeda MC run with my warrior) and I am not sure, but I think Praeda is oldest active EU guid (maybe Final Exit). You didnt do fast progression, but atleast you could stay together which is a big positive for me. And you have got DKP loot system.
Are you able to attend to atleast 3 raids, every week (We raid Sun,Tues,Thurs 19:30-23:30 Server Time and invites start at 19.00 ST):
I am able even more.
What do you expect from Praeda and our community:
Proffesional, friendly attitude who want kill kill Kel'thuzad. Mature and patient behavior.
Why do you want to join Praeda:
Your quetions hang toghether a bit. I wrote some reason before.
But the important point is: It seems the Praeda a stable guild who has DKP system.
For what reason(s) should we accept you to our guild (what can you bring to us):
I am an active player who never slack, always prepared. I attend raid in high rate where I aim to be the top dps. (in RG I got "Best heal" in note).

Saidly this is the part of progression, but everyone have to be able to resolve/fix problem ASAP.
