PvE Experience :
I've done PvE since Tbc, I was a kid back in Vanilla retail, I played Retribution back then, only did PvP. At Tbc I suddenly tasted the sweetness of raiding. Not anything mentionable though, killed Illidan after nerf. In Wrath of the Lich King I started of as a raidleader for a 25man guild. Disbanded when Ulduar was released. At this point my raiddays were over and I started with PvP again. When Cataclysm was released I played on Tarren Mill (EU). I was a healer in a 10man Guild. We were ranked about 3-4 guilds below Ensidia, if you count 10mans. I had exams when Firelands was released and when I came back the Guild did not exist anymore. I started off with PvP again, got quite high in arena this time. But wow started to get really boring, it was the same everyday. I wanted to go back, be a grown up when vanilla beta was released, I found this awesome server. Leveled the one and only thing i've always wanted to be in Vanilla. Tank! Haven't been online once on retail ever since I downloaded this client.
Previous guilds in Feenix :
I've been into some casual guilds ever since I started here, the only guild I settled down with was Industrial Strength, there is much going on here. We have a Warrior Classleader that is a very bad tank, but due to his friends in the guild, the guildmaster cant demote him and give me the Classleader. He always fucks up and is a threat on every bosspull. It has gone so far the guildmaster actually whispers me with "Stay ready" whenever he pulls/tanks. We also have a problem with attendance, people slacking with flasks, raidtimes, signups, Afking during raids, Classleaders not doing their job etc. We always loose people every raid, we have to invite new members every week. It's like progressing the same bosses we already downed the week before.

Are you able to attend to atleast 3 raids, every week (We raid Sun,Tues,Thurs 19:30-23:30 Server Time and invites start at 19.00 ST):
I have absolutely no problems with that at all.
Full consumables and full enchanted gear is mandatory. Do you accept that ?
