I'm willing to do my part in a guild, i have levelled and full geared into BiS pre raid with one guild, which i hope shows my loyalty. I had an accident so i couldnt play wow for a long time and when i came back OFH was gone.
I am hoping to find another guild like them, a guild in which members are respected, helpfull, loyal and a bit wacky like me.

Hello.

Your application is good but currently you are lacking some things.

1) Gear

First you have to fix your gear. For example from normal instances you have to get

hands - Hand of the Exalted Herald from Princess Moira in BRD
rings - Rosewine circle from Urok Doomhowl in LBRS, Band of Mending from Jarien or Sothos in Strat.

Upgrades from ZG and AQ20 with luck

neck: ZG Jin'do's Evil Eye or Amulet of the Shifting Sands from the head of Ossirian
shoulders: Animist's Splaulders from Jeklik in ZG (not a major upgrade, also with 43 voting points)
bracers: Zandalar Haruspex's Bracers from ZG (a minor upgrade)
(chest: Zandalar Haruspex's Tunic from ZG + revered reputation. Good with the 2 set bonus)
rings: Primalist's Band and Primalist's Seal from ZG (34 vp, 36 vp)
weapon: Will of Arlok - Arlok in ZG (good if you have to innervate yourself)
Jin'do's Hexxer from Jin'do
Stinger of Ayamiss from Ayamiss in AQ20 (really low drop rate).

2) Enchants

You didn't list any enchants. You need to be fully enchanted (+healing on gloves, weapon and bracers, +8 dmg from Libram of Focus on head and pants or ZG enchant, +stats or mana on chest, cloak enchanted, +5spirit on boots).

Shoulder enchants from ZG is a must for raiders but that can be fixed later.

3) Nature resistance gear

Sylvan's set (head, shoulders and chest) + cloak Gaea's Embrace from tailoring.
Nature resistance gear needs to be fully enchanted.

4) Naxx attunement


Your current gear is not enough for Naxx raiding but I would like to see how your healing is.
Dedication to guild is always a plus.

And I think we have some wacky members. But not sure in what way.
