Your gear is quite low as i see.Can't you join some aq20/zg/(they make up every day) or any random MC pug ? you can get epix for free there.You also skipped your age and your resistance gears!Also not attuned in bwl/naxx.You need more "expirience" to join and if you are indeed a guy who tries and tries, i think you gonna progress soon, but untill then,its a -1 by me.

and btw wtf 10 years of wow, i thought wow came out on 04 and tbc like 2 or 3 years later, plus you skipped that resistance gear again mate .Anyway you got to know that this x12 shit keeps holding you back from gear and REAL EXPIRIENCE.You gonna understand what im talking about later on, on your gameplay.

your gear is indeed quite bad. if you would try nearly as hard as you say, there would be a lot of upgrades without even entering a single raid instance. you could do av exalted or vote for the rare zg ringset, you could buy the primal batskin chest+bracers and also you could finish the d2 quest chain (these are only the pre-raid upgrades- not even including any 20man).
your enchantments overall are awful.

this is a raiding guild and you need to be at least aq40 viable. accepting people with less than than the best gear availabe to that point is already an exception.

well, what should i say? you apply with bad gear, slack on enchants and you say that you try very hard while not even having the best AH or voting gear? to me that sounds as if you would lie to get a spot for leeching easy gear, while you aren't even ready to raid bwl+. we need aq40/naxx viable people.
