That wont work. At the moment we have 7 or so holy priests in the guild, and we only use 5 for each raid.

The question clearly states: are you willing to stay on stand by?

I.e. if you don't get an invite to the raid will you simply go offline for the rest of the week, or will you stay closeby to the instance we are raiding incase you are actually needed? Also if we need a different raid composition, and ask you to go on standby will you call it a day, or will you stick around on mumble and/or on alt for when the situation changes again?

Mostly depends on situation, instance and number of bosses left.

Could you be more explicit/concrete?

In my opinion regardless of instance and bosses left, you're not welcome if you're not fine with sitting out raids or swapping for another player when asked or needed. You'd be the first to join that would not fully commit to this rule, and in my mind it's major lack of dedication to the guild. Regardless of whether you're a nice/friendly guy and skilled priest, I would not appreciate it. I understand that you prefer to raid rather than being standby, but I prefer to play with people that think of the guild as a team or put it first over theirselves.

Praeda is doing at least 3+ rotates in every raid (due to a crash , dc , specific boss fights etc).
If people werent staying online to support guild then we would end up having 30/40 in the end of every raid
