I may not meet your every requirement but i would like you to know that i am willing to improve anyway i can until i fit for raiding!

I remember you in Warsong, we played together like 3 bg one night and you were reactive on shield / heal / dispel etc and I had a good impression.

Radagah told me you were not the best to make apply and I understand that some people have some issues with that.

Now you need to fix your NR gear asap for Viscidus, people in the guild can help you to craft the set and the cloak and i can help you with the enchant 15 NR on cloak.

If you are ready to farm your consumables and progress with us which mean wiping too, that will be a +1 from me.

GL then and take us updated with your NR gear, it's really easy to get.

First of all, T1 might look good with all the epics, but most of the gear is alot worse than blue gear you can get from 5man instances. Head, Shoulders, Chest and Pants of prophecy are not very good choices in gear, and you should really think about changing them.

Here is a list of accepted BiS Preraid items you should get:
Head - Cassandra's Grace or Zulian Headdress
Shoulders - Mantle of Lost Hope
Chest - Robes of the Exalted
Pants - Padre's Trousers

You will also need 4 pieces of Nature Resistance: Chest, Helm, Shoulders and Cloak (cloak with +15 NR).

For raids you will have to show up with the following consumables (this is the absolute minimum for each raid)

Flask of Distilled wisdom x 2
Mageblood Potion x 10
Elixir of the Sages x 10
Brilliant Mana Oil x 5
Limited Invulnerability Potion x 5
Major Mana Potion x 20
Demonic Runes/Dark Runes x 10
Magic Resistance Potion x 5
Greater Nature Protection Potion x 5

You also forgot or avoided answering a few of the questions on the application form, which leads me to think you put very little time into making it.

You can either post a new application when you have upgraded your gear and Nature Resistance, or you can update the one you have already made.
