Seems you got full flasks as well as your friend Kriatana, did you copy his application?

Anyway there are a lot of things for you to fix.

• You have to first of all get naxx attune as we are a naxx guild after all.
  
• Then you have to fix some gear: hide of the wild, Hands of the Exalted Herald, Faith Healer's Boots.
  
• Next some enchants: +5 all ress on cloak, +8sp/heal on both head and legs, +30 healing on gloves.
  
• After you've done all this, you have to get full NR gear - Sylvan set + Gaea cloak + enchants.
  
• You will also need decursive and CTW (addons).
  
• And you should also re-read the topic "Read before apply"
