General Information

Are you able to attend to atleast 3 raids, every week (We raid Sun,Tues,Thurs 19:30-23:30 Server Time and invites start at 19.00 ST): Yes.

Full consumables and full enchanted gear is mandatory. Do you accept that ? OFC.

We might have to rotate you during a raid, are you willing to stay on stand by ? yea.

With the gear you linked you got 15% hit, not 19.

Your gear is decent overall but you could swap some slots to increase your dps:

Change bloodfang shoulders to ZG shoulders
Change quickstrike ring for Ring of Fury (Moam, aq20)
Change bloodfang gloves for Nightslayer gloves

If you have trouble with either of these, you could alternatively get primal batskin pants instead of nightslayer pants. Additionaly you could get primal batskin gloves if you don't got T1 gloves aswell.

Or, you could use belt of preserved heads (ZG quest) and swap it for your current belt.

Greetings Ellii! As Floor said ur gear can have some improvements and u should work on them till u get some better loot from a 40 man's raid. Anyway i will give u a initiate spot, since ur gear is good for most of the fights and a trial raid to see how u perform. Also on some naxx fights i might have to sit u out, so i can get in a better geared guildie. Talk to me or another officer / class leader in game for an invitation.
