Jokes aside, you should get enchant on cloak, swap belt for something better like sash of mercy or corehound belt. The hands should be swapped with preraid bis gloves from last boss in DM N. I'm not a real fan of peacekeepers boots but I cannot think of something more proper atm. Swap the DM Class trinket for either the 12mp5 trinket or jed trinket.

Looks like waaaay better geared than the last paladin that got accepted - finheis. also i didnt see single enchant on that pala's gear, this one atleast has enchants.

We need 10 "active" paladins in guild if we want to be sure to have 3 or 4 of them in each raid, so +1 from me.
