First of all, a decent application, but not outstanding.
We have one more mage spot to fill up and I think your character is too young.
I find that our rules are clearly stated where e.g only accepting fully enchanted ppl.
Also the enchants you have atm is more for pvp than pve.
The NR gear is mandatory which you don't have.
