Your gear isnt that bad,althou you could vote for some better items like ZG rings and a better Idol perhaps.Apart from that,your Nature resistance is low and you miss some major enchants like 1hand and wrist.This would boost your heal to almost +80 heal.But thats something that you can fix pretty fast i suppose.What im really thinking about you is that you have 0 key bindings mate .That shows some lack of expirience (but you already wrote that to us too).I also noticed you use 1 Rank of each healing spell of yours(dunno if you using another bar for Healing, but i think you dont ).And btw arent you using Swiftment (Last Talent in Resto) ?I didnt saw it in your bars.
Anyway man i dont think you can raid with us,not at the momment at least.It will be very hard for us and especially for you to learn so many things in such a little time.

Hello.

First there's some fixes you need in your gear.

Bracers - ZG bracers, would also get you the 2 set bonus
Cenarion bracers are just... not good. Other better option would be Bracers of prosperity from King Gordok in DM.
Idol - Idol of rejuvenation
Both rings - Rosewine circle from Urok Doomhowl in LBRS, Band of Mending from Jarien or Sothos in Strat.
(or ZG rings)

You also need to fix your enchants.

For head and pants ZG enchant or +8 damage and healing from Libram of Focus.
Bracers - change to +24 healing
Weapon - +55 healing

For AQ40 you need some Nature resistance gear. Sylvan's set and Gaea's Embrace are enough but these also need to be enchanted.

What worries me is your screenshot. How are you healing? You have only one rank of Healing touch and with a keybind 9, which isn't the most optional. If you have healing spells linked to your mouse it's alright. But this just makes me wonder how you heal and whether you are downranking spells or not.

Hmm, guys I don't know if u are testing me, but I'm motivated and serious. I just download many addons to improve my effectiveness in instance.
Maybe I still have things to change, but I don't think it's the most important thing for my application.
