Are you able to attend to atleast 3 raids, every week (We raid Sun,Tues,Thurs 19:30-23:30 Server Time and invites start at 19.00 ST):

Full consumables and full enchanted gear is mandatory. Do you accept that ?

You should answer Yes or Yes/yes/no etc. ofc you should be attuned to all raid instances.

So you will be logging in always 30 min after first pull? We usually fetch dmf buff before raid for example, so would be nice to log in 19.00 at latest.
Why would we invite someone who will never be able to raid full night with us instead of someone who can?

The gear level is WAY below what we need atm, its not even pre 40man BiS. so a -1 for that only.

Bad gear, no PvE Xp on Feenix, raid times 20:00-00:00 wtf? We are raiding 19:30-23:30. Also can you link us your spec? Attunements and gear enchants? You have nothing to do in the guild if you're not going to bring full consumables in the raid!

Sorry, but application is too bad in my opinion.

Not enough effort put in to merit a detailed response... As Crip, Natural and Judgemend already said you should get your gear to at least pre-raid BiS (look on the forums, e.g., here, if you're not sure what that means) before applying. And I'm sorry but don't bother applying if you can't make the scheduled raid times.
