Are you able to attend to atleast 3 raids, every week (We raid Sun,Tues,Thurs 19:30-23:30 Server Time and invites start at 19.00 ST):
Yes, im working and will be home everyday execpt sat/sun. But will always be home around 19:30.

Hi Carl.

You probably realize your main weakness, that is, your hit chance. 5% is very low. I see that you are trying to boost spell dmg and crit, but how can you deliver high dps when you don't hit. I would like to suggest some build changes to increase your hit, and it matters a lot.
Bloodvine set, specially if you are tailor. This will decrease your spell dmg and you will lose nemesis 3set bonus and zandalar bonus, but it's worth. You said you are on it. You can partly compensate this loss with Mantle of Maz'Nadir from Moam.
Spellweaver's Turban (UBRS)- its much better than nemesis for pve.
Cloak of Consumption- hard to get but its second bis if i am not mistaken, both in spell dmg and hit.
Bloodtinged Gloves from Jin'do
You said you are getting rockfury bracers.
These get you +5% hit chance added on your current gear (turban, chest and legs, bracers) + 2% from harder obtainable cloak and gloves.
To compensate the loss in spell dmg and crit you should get easily obtainable:
Briarwood Reed (UBRS) easy to get and its an upgrade from Royal Seal of the Eldre'Thalas
Eye of the Beast 2% crit.

Also you will need nature resist gear + frost wand for aq40.

Beside your gear, the fact that you can't attend 3 raids per week is very bad thing.

This is my opinion and our CL Midzit will make the final decision

Hi Dzevad.

Im thanksful for the feedback I will work on it as hard as I can. And when it comes to the raiding days I can raid everyday, the problem before was I had my workout but I can change it, Im very flexible

But as you said, I need to work on my hit and thats what im gonna do.

Hi Carl wanted to find u ingame first before i reply here but since couldnt find u ill write few things that are very similar with tips given from Dzevad.

Your attunements are done and y spec is perfect.
u should slowly start gathering mats for sylvan set+gaea cloak +frost wand(AV quest/DM north final boss/AH) and enchant each part of it.
Rockfury bracers are also part of praeda invitation.
u should change both trinkets with 2 listed by dzevad cos activated trinkets are semi usefull on most of the bosses and dm scale less then 2crit aswell.
with rockfury bracers u will loose zg set so new shoulders should be moam or silithus dukes shoulders with hit.
y aq40 ring is nothing special but its ok since u will proly fast get upgrade in our guild.
ofcourse full bloodvine which will suit u perfectly specialy if u have tailoring 300 and pls get stratholme hit neck cos hakkar lack dmg
wont bother u for turban since u have idol on t2 and t2 gloves so with t2 belt mby ull get 3 set and ull change it in near future
ye and at the end all that gear need to be enchanted fully
