Gear seems really decent for a new guy, just the cloak enchant needs to be fixed to avoid lootban on something which anyone else needs. Also shoulder enchant is required to obtain a raider rank or higher.
The cloak shouldn't take long to fix and shoulder, as I said isn't required for initiates.

20 fire restistance / 10 nature restistance / 0 frost.

This needs to be fixed thought, you need NR gear and frost wand for viscidus. Keep us updated how you are doing with fixing this thing. (wtf were you doing when labrats were killing it?)

About the nature resistance.. well i thought the question is "what is your basic nr" , ofcourse i have nr gear + frost wand
