Hello Otreras,

Thank you for applying to praeda. I can give you a spot to try out our raids and we can see where it goes from there, depending on whether you liked it or not!

Either way, I do want to point out some things about your gear and spec(s);

For PvE talents you took points in improved gouge and sinister strike, which are both kinda useless as you're daggers. It would be much better to skill 5/5 dodge, especially considering all bosses and trash got funky 360 cleave attacks!

About the gear;

Main points;

- You should change Nightslayer belt to belt of preserved heads

- You should change blackhands breath / Maelstrom to Royal Seal (DM book)

- You should change Darkmantle / Nightslayer boots to Blooddrenched Boots

Minor points;

- You could change T1 legs for plaguehound / T2

- You could change T1 shoulders for the Zandalari shoulders

Anyway, try and focus on the main points especially, if you fix those 3 it'll be great.



Because you posted a PvP spec (no one really cares about PvP here) I'll comment on it just for fun , you're free to totally ignore it because it has 0 relevance to this application.

You took slice and dice and precision, for pvp you only need 3 or 4 percent hit, granted you have hit on your gear it means you dont need to take any hit from talents. Slice and dice is quite useless in pvp, because it resets the global cooldown and takes energy that you could use for something else - like for killing someone with a brutal backstab.

So this is already 7 points that are not really helping you. You skilled Vile poisons also, while it is actually quite a decent talent - it is still useless. It is much better to increase the chance of landing poisons (Improved poisons) than to increase the dmg output of your poisons, especially considering you'll be pvp-ing with Crippling poison and mindnumbing poison - which both dont do any damage. So you put another 5 points kinda to waste here

Seal Fate and Vigor are fun, but the Ambush into Backstab combo is somewhat of a myth. Any decent player has 1 second (GCD) to react after the ambush, so they will turn or run away making it impossible to hit your backstab. Also, once the initial ambush is landed (60/120 energy) the extra energy is now redundant because during the rest of the fight you'll never get back to 120 energy, so effectively its not different from having 100 energy granted that you didn't land backstab (unless your opponent is very very slow)

So if you want more control as a dagger spec, you could opt for 21/8/22 like this:

it gives you basically the same damage output, but improved sap, more movement speed and all your CD's x2 (blind, vanish, sprint) so much more control during battle.

Anyway, its just PvP, feel free to do w/e you want! :cheers:

and i cant afford the DM book via AH its like 1k gold =/ i try to farm it up but it still doesnt drop

and about the pvp spec i actually have the aq20 set and S&D actually gives me +10 energy and CP are still buggy with S&D spam sometimes i gather 5 cp, kinda buggy
