I'd like to elaborate a little on this. I am fully aware of the importance on NRgear, which is why i have gathered quite a nice amount of gold and enchanting materials to fully enchant any piece i get crafted. But, before doing so, i wanted to get some information from warriors who already have such a set about which pieces are really most worth it. At the moment my only item is Strat shoulders+ADresEnchant. From the search i did, i think a mix of leather/plate items, with the craftable cloak and ofcourse NRenchants should get me at around 200 which i understand is the goal.

1st ZGrun on this server, i have done some slight adjustments on actionbars since then, but the general interface is the same.
BigWig timers appear on top of my char's head, eCB slightly lower to the left side.

PvE Experience :
On this server, i have only done the usual PuGs, MC cleared, AQ20 kuri-rajax-moam-ossi and ZG without Jin'do. Now, even though you can't really check if what i say is true, retailwise:
Classic-> Fury/Arms Warrior on Defias Brotherhood (RPPvP server). ZG/aq20/MC full clear, BWL first 3, soon after that guild fell apart and i join an MConly guild while ranking with my untamed blade.
TBC-> Arms Warrior (same char, migrated to Stormscale-PvP to play with irl friends). Karazhan just to pewpew with WF. Only really did arenas and world pvp (ganking).
WotLK-> Rerolled Resto/Ele Shaman on Lightning's Blade with 7 friends with the intention of making a 10man guild. Then things got serious. Naxx undying server 1st, scrubs kept us from immortal. Sartharion with 3 drakes up srv1st. That other dragon above Nexus srv1st. Then paragon merged to our server and started taking server (and world) firsts. ToC hc ofcourse, and Ulduar hard modes up to 1 light in the darkness. I quit the game once we killed LK on normal mode because i burned out.

Are you able to attend to atleast 3 raids, every week (We raid Sun,Tues,Thurs 19:30-23:30 Server Time and invites start at 19.00 ST):

Can you come to raids and supply your own consumables. Please state what concumables you are using:
I need a cook untill i level my 171 cooking. Having a mage herb/alch helps me get most others. A list of some consumables i can think of atm would be:
Titans.
Mongoose.
Giants.
Brute Force.
Grater Rage.
Winterfall Firewater.
Scrolls.
Troll's Blood.
Str/Sta food.
Elemental Stones.
Fire/Nature/Shadow resistance pots.
Bandages.
I might have forgotten something in there, but it's 6am local time as i write this. That's not a cheap excuse, this took me way longer to make than i thought.
We might have to rotate you during a raid, are you willing to stay on stand by ?
Ofcourse, optimal setup and/or some guildmember who would benefit from a certain item are more important.

As you can read from above, during Wotlk i did real pve for the first time because we were 7 irl friends mostly playing lan and pushing eachother. I never went into the last bosses of BWL or into aq40 at all during retail, and my pve experience during TBC is simply nonexistent. I am a rather quick learner though. Also, while progressing through Wrath at the early stages, we had one of our friends, who had been up to 4hm tries on his guild as pala, describing us the tactics that they used back then and we would work around them. We found most game mechanics being heavily based on vanilla ones. So, i am confident that Naxx would be easy for me to adjust to.
